We are seeking dedicated BCBAs to deliver high-quality clinical services in home and community-based settings.
Position Overview
As a BCBA with TheraCare you will oversee ABA programs for children and youth (ages 221) receiving services in their homes and communities. You will supervise Behavior Technicians conduct assessments develop treatment plans and ensure that services are delivered according to best practices and program guidelines.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (e.g. VB-MAPP ABLLS-R AFLS).
Develop and revise individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
Provide direct and indirect supervision to Behavior Technicians RBTs and BCBA candidates.
Train and support caregivers and staff in implementing ABA strategies.
Monitor progress and adjust programs as needed to support client goals.
Ensure compliance with documentation timelines and program protocols.

Qualifications :
Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Current NJ LBA
Masters degree in Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or related field.
Experience working with children and adolescents in home / community settings.
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
Physical Requirements :
Hand dexterity ability (ability to operate mobile device smart phone computer).
Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Ability to work remote
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
