Position Overview

The Bakery role is central to the success of the Wonderstate Caf, combining the responsibilities of both Baker and Bakery Prep. This position is responsible for the preparation, production, and presentation of all baked goods served in the caf, including items featured in the bakery case, food menu, and catered events.

This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to hospitality and collaboration.
