The ideal candidate is motivated, detail oriented, has a passion for people and service, and is confident leading a team.

Oversee all aspects of daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring the best quality in service, product and ambienceBuild and maintain guest relationships, curate VIP experiences, and manage ongoing correspondence through email and review platformsTrain, coach, and develop a team of high performing staff by exemplifying our Core ValuesManage facilities maintenance, following checklists and communicating issues in real time, following proper protocolsMaintain a “Satisfactory” grade from the Health Department and ensure the restaurant is clean, pest free, and all product is being handled and served according to codeDrive sales, working to maximize top line sales for every meal periodFacilitate on-going training and development of current staff and management to ensure that all team members are educated on all operationsBuild morale and team loyalty by fostering a work environment where team members’ input is valued and encouragedMaintain strong relationships with vendors & the community at largeReview P&L and budgets, optimizing operations, inventory and ordering, to attain budget projectionsBENEFITS
