Responsibilities & Expectations :

Southland Group, an IPS company, is a world-class leader in Power Distribution and Low Voltage Motor Control. For over 30 years we have been buying and selling New, New Surplus and Reconditioned industrial electrical equipment. In early 2023, Southland was acquired by Integrated Power Services.

We are seeking a dedicated MCC / Switchgear Technician to re-certify MCC, Switchgear, and E-Houses to the customer's specifications. In this position, your job duties will include changing MCC layouts and painting of the structures. This position requires a motivated, detail-oriented team member with the ability to learn quickly and work safely.

• Follow our engineering layout to build MCC, Switchgears, and E-Houses
• Responsible for painting MCC and Switchgears structures
