Job Title : Multi Craft Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Multi Craft Maintenance Technicians to join our dynamic Manufacturing and Automation teams. Your role will involve troubleshooting and maintaining a range of equipment to ensure seamless production operations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain electrical, mechanical, and production packaging equipment.
• Maintain robotic and electrical PLC equipment, primarily Fanuc, with a focus on controls, drives, and various electrical systems ranging from 24V to 480V.
• Perform Allen Bradley PLC troubleshooting, including logging in with a laptop to troubleshoot, edit, and occasionally program.
• Conduct mechanical maintenance on equipment such as weigh scales, conveyors, motors, and pneumatic lines.
• Perform daily maintenance logs and document downtime and repairs.
• Carry out preventative maintenance for robotic equipment and mechanical machinery.
• Provide recommendations for tooling or machinery improvements.

Work Environment

You will work in a clean, temperature-controlled, well-lit manufacturing facility that can be loud in some areas. The team works on a 2-2-3 shift schedule, with occasional Saturday work required during training. We foster a collaborative culture where team members are encouraged to assist each other as needed. Our policies ensure a healthy work-life balance, with no more than 60 hours of work per week and never working 7 days straight.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $79040.00 / yr.
