Join our client's company as a HR Operations Supervisor / Workforce Administration Supervisor. Salary : $68,000-$78,000 per year Benefits : Direct-hire, permanent role with full health, dental, vision, PTO, and additional benefits. Our client is offering an experienced Workforce Administration Supervisor to join their thriving manufacturing plant in Thurmont, MD. As the Workforce Administration Supervisor, you will lead a team of dedicated administrative professionals who power the plant's operations in recruiting, retention, payroll, benefits administration, safety tracking, and daily administrative functions. You'll work closely with plant leadership, production teams, Workforce Development, and HR to ensure the facility remains fully staffed, efficient, compliant, and positively engaged. In this impactful role, you will mentor a high-performing team, guide hourly workforce planning, drive the full-circle recruiting process, manage onboarding and personnel changes, support retention initiatives, coordinate trainings and plant events, and ensure administrative accuracy across all systems and processes. You'll also play a key role in internal audits, safety documentation, HR collaboration, and special projects that elevate plant culture and performance.
