Your Impact
Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Irvine office and serve as the key point of contact for both clients and team members.Manage, mentor, and develop a high‑performing tax team.Review and advise on a range of complex individual, partnership, corporate, and trust returns.Provide full‑scope advisory services for high‑net‑worth clients, including wealth preservation and estate planning.Collaborate with internal legal, accounting, and family office professionals to deliver holistic client solutions.Contribute to firm strategy, leadership development, and future expansion initiatives.What You Bring
CPA license required.5+ years at a national firm or 7–10 years in a reputable local / regional firm.Strong technical expertise with complex returns and multi‑entity structures.Proficiency with Lacerte, CCH Suite, or similar tax software (adaptable to new systems).Demonstrated leadership in mentoring, communication, and client service.Entrepreneurial mindset – eager to build, innovate, and grow with the firm.Compensation & Benefits
