Job description

A leading legal recruitment firm is seeking a Commercial Counsel to support a rapidly growing startup in Washington DC. This role involves drafting, negotiating operational contracts and navigating complex commercial relationships. Ideal candidates will have a JD, 8+ years of experience, and familiarity with international contracts. A national security clearance is preferred. Competitive salary of $275K - $310K plus equity and bonuses.
