QA Lead with Guidewire SBT

Job Title : QA Lead with Guidewire SBT experience

Location : Columbus, Ohio

We are seeking a Quality Analyst (QA) Lead with expertise in Guidewire's Standards Based Template (SBT) product. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SBT updates and be skilled in writing test scenarios. Additionally, the QA Lead will manage a team responsible for delivering end-to-end quality assurance for Workers' Compensation, General Liability, Commercial Auto, and Commercial Property lines of business, including testing integrations.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the quality assurance efforts for Guidewire's SBT product across Workers' Compensation, General Liability, Commercial Auto, and Commercial Property lines of business.
• Develop and write comprehensive test scenarios to ensure thorough testing of SBT updates. Manage and mentor a team of quality analysts, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Oversee the end-to-end testing process, including integration testing, to ensure seamless functionality.
• Collaborate with development and business analyst teams to understand requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
• Continuously monitor and improve QA processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct regular reviews of test results and provide actionable feedback to the team.
