$10,000 SIGN-ON Bonus Eligible with distance-based relocation available.

Major Responsibilities :
Create and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient surgical area to optimize patient care.Utilize aseptic techniques in preparing materials, supplies, and surgical equipment.Set up and maintain a sterile field during surgeries, anticipating the needs of surgeons.Assist with various types of procedures, maintaining knowledge of surgical protocols.Ensure proper functioning of equipment and notify staff of any issues.Transport patients and manage equipment while ensuring safety and compliance.Demonstrate knowledge of age-specific care requirements for patients.Licensure, Registration, and / or Certification Required :
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 6 months unless exempt.Education and Experience Required :
Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.No prior experience required.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required :
Understanding of aseptic techniques and operating room protocols.Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.Basic computer proficiency and ability to meet annual educational requirements.Physical Requirements and Working Conditions :
