About the Role

We're looking for a Dental Assistant who's organized, energetic, and ready to be an essential part of our clinical team. You'll help our doctors deliver high-quality, compassionate care while making every patient feel comfortable and cared for from start to finish.

What You'll Do

Prepare and seat patients, ensuring comfort and confidence throughout their visit

Assist the dentist during procedures - anticipate needs, maintain a clean field, and keep things running smoothly

Take and process digital X-rays (Ohio radiology certification required)

Sterilize instruments and follow all infection control protocols

Keep treatment rooms and supplies organized and well-stocked

Help educate patients on post-op care and oral health best practices

Occasionally support front office tasks like scheduling or insurance verification

What We're Looking For

Completion of an accredited Dental Assistant program

Current Ohio radiology certification (required)

A friendly, dependable team player with strong communication skills

Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy practice

Experience with Dentrix Ascend or digital dentistry technology is a plus
