Are you a dedicated and caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking to make a difference? Our LPNs play a vital role in our team, providing direct and indirect care while supporting our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care to assigned patients.

Assist with patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.

Administer medications and treatments according to state regulations and facility policies.

Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and overall well-being.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team regarding patient care and concerns.

Support patient education and promote health and wellness.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.

Contribute to a safe and clean patient care environment.

Collaborate with RNs and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications :

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.
• Current BLS certification upon hire and maintain it.
• IV certification upon hire.
