Job Title : Service Equipment Mechanic

Location : New Bedford, MA

Pay Range : $30.32-$42.78 (based on experience)

Shift : 7am-3pm with mandatory OT as needed

What's the Job?

• Monitor and maintain the Building Management System (BMS), ensuring optimal operation of heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems.
• Document preventative maintenance activities using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Maintain parts inventory and manage work orders through CMMS.
• Calibrate monitoring equipment to ensure system accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the maintenance team.
