Locums General Dentist needed in Salt Lake City, UT! Flexible schedule! We re urgently hiring a Locum General Dentist in Salt Lake City, starting September 1, 2025. This is a PPO / FFS practice with a flexible schedule choose from 3x12s, M-F, or M-Th. No call required. You ll perform bread-and-butter dentistry for a mostly adult patient base, supported by a strong clinical and front office team. We use Open Dental and Dexis, and offer travel reimbursement. Credentialing can be expedited for locums. ASSIGNMENT DETAILS :

Start Date : Sept 1st-Ongoing

Schedule : 3x 12s, 4x10s, or 5x 8s (will look at any schedule availability)

Avg Patients / day : 12-18

Ages : all ages, mostly adults

Cases : Bread and butter general dentistry

Credentialing : 1 Week

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS :

Active UT License
