The pay range for this position is listed below. Actual pay rate dependent upon experience. $33.50 - $46.50

• Student Loan Repayment : This position is eligible for Avera's Student Loan Repayment Program, which helps you pay off your loans and save money. Each month an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from Avera will help pay down your principal balance faster.
• Sign-On Bonus : May be eligible for a $20,000 sign-on with 3 plus years of experience. New Grads may be eligible for $15,000 Sign-On.

Delivers Nursing Care by developing a nursing diagnosis; establishing nursing care objectives; defining nursing interventions; providing physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, families, and friends to understand patient conditions, medications, and self-care skills; noting changing conditions and needs; re-evaluating care objectives.
