We’re currently seeking a Groundskeeper to join our team at one of our premier Milwaukee-area properties. This role is perfect for someone with solid experience in maintenance who’s ready to take the next step in their career and expand their technical skills in a supportive, team-first environment.

What You’ll Do

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include :

🛠 General & Grounds

• Perform painting projects and light drywall repairs
• Contribute to overall curb appeal and property upkeep

🚰 Plumbing

💡 Electrical

🌡 HVAC

📲 Tech Tools & Vendor Collaboration

Requirements

✅ 1–3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field

✅ Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

✅ Ability to work independently while contributing to team success

✅ A mindset that views challenges as opportunities to improve
