Senior Business Analyst

As Senior Business Analyst you are responsible for leading business process improvement initiatives for the Accounting / Finance Department. Cloud-based ERP system implementation, deployment, and data migration in a health care environment reporting directly to the Controller and CFO. A hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities :

• Partners with the Controller and other business partners to recommend and deploy improvements to the current Accounting / Finance business processes.
• Provides leadership in the execution of a project, delivery of desired outcomes in an effective, timely, and professional manner and ensuring that the operational improvements and enhancement initiatives are aligned with the strategic goals and objectives of the organization. Liaises and works collaboratively with other organizational departments to effect change to achieve operational efficiency and coordination throughout the organization.
• Advances the goals and objectives of the organization by identifying potential changes to existing business processes that support the organization's goals, implementing process / workflow improvement plans, and working collaboratively with other managers on issues related to quality improvement, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
• Ensures that any process / workflow improvement initiatives and the delivery of quality services incorporate compliance with regulatory requirements, adherence to policies and procedures, and risk management efforts.
• Serves as a liaison with all management teams and program staff through effective communication, productive collaboration, and facilitation of change opportunities.
