About The Position

Job Title : Ultrasound Technologist

Profession : Radiology / Cardiology

License : State licensed

Certifications : ARDMS, ARRT(S), BLS

Must-Have :

• Experience in ER, ICU, Pediatrics, PICU, and with portables
• EPIC experience
• GE and PACS experience

Description :

The position is for a General Ultrasound Technologist.

Candidates are required to have experience in various clinical settings including the Emergency Room, Intensive Care Unit, and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.

Experience working with portable ultrasound equipment is essential.

Candidates must possess the necessary certifications including ARDMS or ARRT(S) and BLS.

The position requires rotating on-call duties after 16 : 30.

Weekend on-call coverage will be mandatory as part of the rotation.

The facility caters to a diverse patient demographic including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.

It is preferred for candidates to have experience in Trauma Level I or II facilities.

Candidates should have skills in performing a range of ultrasound procedures including abdominal, vascular, and pediatric studies.

All candidates must comply with vaccination requirements, including COVID-19 and flu vaccinations.

References from previous supervisors will be required prior to starting the contract.

Candidates must have two years of relevant experience in the specialty when applying.

Travelers must reside more than 65 miles from the facility location.
