Technical Consultant

Job Title : ServiceNow Technical Consultant – Nuvolo + (Service Mapping) Location : San Diego, CA, Norfolk, VA and Richmond, VA Duration : 6-12 months Contract to hire role Pay Range : $70 - $75 per hour Must Haves : 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, including development and consulting. Proven experience with ITOM, Service Mapping, Discovery, and CMDB. Strong understanding of Nuvolo or equivalent tools (EAM, IWMS, or Facilities Management). Expertise in integrations (REST / SOAP APIs, MID Servers, Orchestration, SCCM, Intune, etc.). Experience working in federal or enterprise environments with clearance or eligibility. Excellent communication and client engagement skills. Ability to lead multiple implementations and mentor junior team members. Plusses : Experience with EAM / IWMS tools (Archibus, Planon, Accruent). Knowledge of HRSD, ITAM, or SPM modules.
