Mortgage Loan Underwriter

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mortgage Loan Underwriter to join our team in Nashville. As a Mortgage Loan Underwriter, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing loan applications to ensure they meet all relevant guidelines and regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

Review and analyze loan applications to determine creditworthiness
Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete
Evaluate the risk level of loans
Verify income, employment, and financial information
Communicate with loan officers and applicants to gather additional information

Qualifications :

2+ years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Underwriter

Knowledge of underwriting guidelines and regulations

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Excellent attention to detail

Effective communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
