Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at an elementary school in Conway, AR, on a contract basis for the current school year. The role involves providing speech and language therapy services to preschool students across multiple campuses.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to a caseload of 36-40 students aged preschool through elementary
• Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication development
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to creating effective intervention plans

Qualifications :

Location : Conway, Arkansas

Duration : Contract through May 21, 2026

Schedule : 35 hours per week
