This role is designed for physicians who want to combine direct patient care with clinical leadership in a collaborative, supportive practice. As Medical Director, youll treat patients while also mentoring clinicians, guiding quality initiatives, and partnering with leadership to ensure clinical and operational excellence.

Compensation & Benefits

$20,000 hiring bonus

Key Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care as the lead physician

Supervise and mentor APCs and support staff, promoting excellence

Collaborate with therapeutic and specialty partners to optimize outcomes

Partner with leadership on staffing, quality, and operational improvements

Build client and payer relationships while ensuring overall patient satisfaction

Lead by example and foster a safe, professional, respectful workplace culture

Qualifications

MD or DO with active, unrestricted medical license

DEA and dispensing license (or eligible before start date)

Board Certified / Board Eligible (ABMS or AOA specialty preferred)

Eligible for Medicare participation

FMCSA certification preferred (training available if not yet obtained)
