Warner Bros. is seeking an accomplished Head of Transfer Pricing. Reporting directly to the Head of Tax, this role leads the global transfer pricing strategy and operations for the organization. It is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining transfer pricing policies that align with business operations and comply with international tax regulations.

The role will oversee documentation, planning, audit defense, and intercompany pricing models, while partnering with finance, legal, and business units to ensure tax efficiency and risk mitigation.

Your Role Accountabilities

Strategy & Planning :

• Design, implement, and maintain the company's global transfer pricing policies and operating models to align with business objectives and achieve efficiencies
• Oversee the preparation of global transfer pricing forecasts for tax provision and other planning and restructuring efforts as well as the annual global country-by-country report
• Oversee OTP aspects of US GAAP and non-US statutory financial statement preparation.
• Identify and drive areas of improvement
• Support broader tax strategy and planning initiatives such as modeling the impact of BEPS 2.0.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and / or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range : $234,360.00 - $435,240.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
