Senior Assistant Caseworker-Office Support
The Utah Division of Child & Family Services (DCFS) Heber office is seeking a highly motivated individual with professional work experience in an office setting to fill their Senior Assistant Caseworker, Office Support position. A Senior Assistant Caseworker, Office Support, is a clerical position and serves as a resource to the professional child welfare social work staff by providing direct client services including : taking notes and minutes and distributing minutes from Staff meetings and Team meetings; answering phones; greeting visitors and clients; completing Clear Search requests for caseworkers; helping to supervising visits; and transporting youth. They also perform the following tasks :

With previous and / or current experience working for the Utah Division of Child & Family Services (DCFS).
Has worked with the State's social welfare database system, SAFE
Adobe Pro experience.
