Salary will be based on the candidate’s experience and other job-related factors, in accordance with applicable law.

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Legal Assistant with 3–10 years of experience to support our dynamic litigation team in Naples, Florida . This position plays a critical role in high-level matters involving complex business litigation, construction law and litigation, commercial and civil litigation, and estate and trust litigation .

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys handling complex litigation
• Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings
• File court documents and assist in trial prep
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files using iManage
• Manage attorney calendars, court deadlines, and client communications
• Track billable hours and process expenses using Chrome River
• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) , Intapp , and other firm software
