Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Coach

F45 Corte Madera is looking for energetic, knowledgeable, and charismatic group fitness coach / personal trainer. At F45 trainers play a fundamental role within the team and company culture as they lead our classes, working closely with each individual member providing the ultimate F45 experience. As an F45 Trainer, you will run group training sessions, assess member fitness levels, build a community that keeps our members coming back every day and work with management on special events.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead F45 group training classes
• Ensure members are performing exercises safely, using the correct form at all times, and offering modifications as needed
• Promote an energetic environment and welcome members by name
• Inspire members to fully utilize all F45 resources to achieve personal fitness goals
• Setup the studio for specific functional training classes
• Ensure the studio is impeccably maintained
