Job descriptionLead land development and civil / site design for stadiums, athletic fields, and campus infrastructure Oversee complex earthwork, stormwater management, and site engineering solutions Coordinate with architects and multi-discipline teams to deliver innovative designs Use Civil 3D to bring designs from concept to reality Mentor junior engineers and help grow the Charlotte / Richmond civil / land development team 10+ years of land development or civil / site design experience (athletic campus experience preferred) Professional Engineer (PE) license Civil or Environmental Engineering degree Strong Civil 3D skills Passion for leading teams and solving complex engineering challenges Work on high-profile, multi-million-dollar athletic campus projects Be part of a company that values its people—employee-owned, collaborative, and supportive Competitive salary : $100K–$150K, based on experience Hybrid work model—balance onsite project work with flexibility
