Overview of the Acute Care Unit :

Our unit is designed to adapt to varying patient needs, and nurses may care for a mix of ICU, step-down, and medical-surgical patients depending on acuity levels. In this role, you will use your clinical expertise and compassionate approach to support patients and their families during critical recovery periods. The Progressive Care Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care. In collaboration with medical providers, the RN provides pre-operative and post-operative nursing care. The RN serves as an advocate for patients to support an unparalleled patient experience.
