Role - Lead Python developer

Location - Raliegh NC-(local profiles)

Skills and Experiences :

• Experience : Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Python programming lang with at least 3-4 years in a technical leadership role.
• Technical Skills : Expertise in Python programming Django / Flask Api framework and working in large datasets..
• Experience in deployments and code optimization
• Database Management : Strong experience with MS SQL Server including writing complex queries. Knowledge of PostGreSQL is a plus.
• Tools : Knowledge of version control systems like Git and experience of CI / CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Agile Methodologies : Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development methodologies and tools like ServiceNow.
• Soft Skills : Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in Banking Industry / Lending portfolio is a plus
• Knowledge in PD / LGD model is an added advantage
