Job Description :

• Sets up and performs mechanical, visual, and first article inspection of machined parts, castings, forgings, gears, complex precision parts and complex precision electro-mechanical assemblies to determine precise conformance to drawings and specifications.
• Performs and verifies compliance to acceptance test procedures.
• Must be able to work from complex blueprints, inspection specifications and verbal or written instructions with minimal supervision.
• Must have good working knowledge of military and commercial specifications, particularly ASME Y14.5M (dimensioning and tolerancing), non-destructive test methods and trigonometric equations.
