Job Description

A Los Angeles based client is seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to be the street medicine team lead for the area’s homeless and unsheltered population. Experience treating individuals with substance use disorders and complex social dynamics is a plus. An ideal candidate should practice excellent, evidence-based patient care, and should be comfortable treating all ages.

Required Qualifications

• CA NP license
• CA DEA certificate before start date
• CPR certification
• Board certified in field
• Preferred Spanish fluency
• 1+ years of experience
