Description

Kalapawai Café & Deli is Hiring for the position of line cook.

Base pay is $18 / hr. Tips are generally $5-$6 / hr. and are added to paycheck.

Total pay including tips is approx. $23 / hr.

This is a fast paced and high energy position. Skills required : Line cooking 2yrs knife skills memory organizational and communication.

Duties : Prep and ready your station Vegetable prep salad prep charcuterie prep dressings and sauces.

Requirements / Responsibilities

• Basic knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment is highly recommended.
• Positive attitude & hard working
• Available to work evenings mornings weekends and holidays
• Punctuality
• Ability to communicate and work well in a team environment
• Perform in high tempo & fast paced kitchen
• Follow Chefs recipes & preferred techniques
