We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled M&A Associate Attorney to join our prestigious legal firm. This position is permanent and requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about law, and has a solid background in Mergers and Acquisitions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with a team of experienced attorneys, providing legal advice and guidance on a variety of complex M&A transactions.

Responsibilities :

• Actively participate in the deal process from start to finish, including drafting and negotiating primary and ancillary documents for M&A transactions.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence investigations to identify potential risks and liabilities.
• Prepare and review legal documents such as merger agreements, acquisition agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other related documents.
• Provide legal advice on matters related to corporate governance, securities law, and corporate finance.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of M&A transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations related to M&A, and advise clients accordingly.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with reliable, high-quality legal services.
