THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Leader who can take ownership of our operations from day one. This leadership role suits someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where every day presents new challenges and opportunities to make a meaningful impact. Our lean operation means you'll work alongside your team rather than just directing from behind a desk. We value versatility, initiative, and problem-solving skills.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and execute daily warehouse operations covering receiving, inventory management, and shipping
• Ensure compliance with medical device regulations (ISO 13485)
• Manage and develop a small, dedicated warehouse team
• Conduct inventory forecasting to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages
• Collaborate with affiliate warehouse teams across the country to coordinate operations
• Jump in where needed—operating equipment, training staff, handling urgent shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory using our inventory management system
• Handle quality control including damaged goods, returns, and quarantine procedures
• Coordinate with suppliers and resolve shipping / receiving issues
• Implement and improve warehouse procedures and safety protocols
