Job descriptionBe the Face of Tagg-N-Go : Greet customers with a smile guide them through our services and create a positive memorable experience. Keep It Smooth : Prepare vehicles for the wash monitor operations and ensure everything runs like clockwork. Safety Comes First : Direct drivers safely spot and address potential challenges and keep everyone feeling secure. Make It Shine : Maintain a clean and inviting environment for customers and teammates alike including regular site cleaning tasks. Help Customers Navigate Options : Educate customers on available services pricing and special offers. Assist at the pay station process payments and help set up accounts. Protect Vehicles : Check truck beds Push in mirrors and identify areas our equipment may not reach effectively. Oversee the Wash Process : Conduct visual inspections monitor equipment for malfunctions and activate emergency stops if needed. Perform Equipment Maintenance : Assist with periodic maintenance tasks as directed by the Site Leader. Adhere to Policies and Procedures : Follow company guidelines to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service at all times. Stay Flexible : Take on additional tasks as assigned to support the team and ensure the facility runs seamlessly. Youve got an engaging personality that lights up a room (or a car wash tunnel). Bend kneel crouch and perform repetitive motions. Lift and move objects up to 25 pounds. Climb and work from ladders. Ability to work outside in varying temperatures.
