Managing Veterinarian – North Branch Veterinary Hospital\n| Near St. Paul, MN | $150K+ Starting Salary | Established, Supportive\nTeam

North Branch Veterinary Hospital , just 30 minutes north of\nSt. Paul, MN, is looking for a Managing Veterinarian to lead our\nwell-established and well-equipped small animal practice. This is a rare chance\nto step into a leadership role.

We’re searching for a compassionate and collaborative DVM\nwho enjoys mentoring others, driving high standards of care, and cultivating an\nexceptional team and client experience.

What You’ll Find at North Branch :

  • Full\n interior remodel scheduled to be completed by the end of 2025!

\n

  • 3 exam\n rooms (expanding to 5 with the remodel), digital x-ray, dental digital\n radiography, IDEXX in-house lab, surgical laser, ultrasound, and new\n surgical lighting & dental equipment

    • \n

  • A\n stable and experienced support staff, trained to manage general wellness,\n surgical, dental, and urgent care cases

    • \n

  • Starting\n base salary of $150,000+ with production bonuses

    Your Leadership Responsibilities :

  • Support\n associate veterinarians through mentorship and case oversight

  • Partner\n with the Hospital Manager on operations, staff development, and financial\n performance

    • \n

  • Participate\n in hiring, onboarding, and supporting DVMs and staff

    • \n
