The Staff Pad has partnered with Blue Ridge Medical Center to find a dedicated PRN Speech Therapist . This flexible, as-needed role is ideal for a compassionate professional who enjoys making a meaningful impact while maintaining work-life balance. You’ll work with patients of all ages to improve communication, language, and swallowing abilities.

What You’ll Do

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy in individual and group settings, while educating patients and families.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Partner with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers for coordinated care.
