Position Overview :

As a member of the Internal Float Pool, you'll have the opportunity to work across multiple units including ED Boarding, Med / Surg, Telemetry, and ICU support. This role offers diversity and challenges while promoting personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities : Provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing process, maintain safety standards, assess and alter care plans as needed, and engage in quality improvement initiatives.

Licenses & Certifications : Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license in the practicing state and BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Qualifications : Completion of an accredited nursing program and experience in clinical nursing preferred.
