ID : 73623614 Shift : 10 4x10 Hr Description : Floating between departments and or local locations within 20 miles is required.Job Summary : -Performs assessments as per unit standards and documents on appropriate data base / assessment flow sheet. -Initiates, utilizes, and documents appropriate protocols and standards of care. -Administers medication and treatments as prescribed by physician, or standard protocols and documents according to policy. -Performs competently in emergency situations. -Assists with various procedures, treatments, surgical techniques or assigns to other healthcare team members as appropriate. -Assumes professional responsibility for current nursing structure and clinical standards of care.Skills : Required Skills & Experience : -Two (2) years current experience required in related specialty. -Must be a team player, flexible, and accustomed to fast paced environment. -Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment. Preferred Skills & Experience : -EPIC experience preferred, but not required; can train on-site.Education : Required Education : One of the following is required : -Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN).-Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN).Preferred Education : -N / A Required Certifications & Licensure : -State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License. -BLS -ACLS-PALS -BLS, ACLS, and PALS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.
