Dental Scheduling Coordinator

We’re a rapidly growing, modern dental practice in Agoura Hills looking for a driven, detail-oriented Hygiene Coordinator . This is NOT a front desk “appointment setter” job — we need someone to own the hygiene schedule, and drives reactivation like it matters (because it does).

Responsibilities :

• Maintain a full hygiene schedule daily
• Run recall and reactivation systems with precision
• Track metrics : reactivation %, no-show %, overdue patients
• Follow up with unscheduled treatment
• Communicate professionally with patients
• Support a high-production, patient-focused environment
