Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for the administration of assigned fulfillment and distribution center construction projects, including specific phases of project management under supervision. This includes managing schedules, cost projections, contracts, and project status reports. Project sizes typically range from $1M to $10M+. In this role, you will work directly with owners / clients, field superintendents, subcontractors, internal accounting, and the construction management team to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and schedule-driven projects in the fast-paced industrial and logistics sector.

Some things you can expect to do :

• Participate in owner / client sales presentations, particularly for industrial and logistics facility projects.
• Contribute to design development, budget preparation, and project scheduling.
• Share job cost responsibility with supervising PM or Division Manager by keeping them informed of progress and challenges.
• Under supervision, prepare and control budgets, schedules, and bid documents; negotiate and award subcontracts; assist in preparing profit projections.
• Support and / or lead jobsite coordination meetings and prepare job status reports.
• Manage project close-out duties, including final cost reconciliation, punch lists, final billing, and collection of fees.
