The Heme Malignancy and Bone Marrow Tranplant Unit ( Weinberg 5D) is a 15-bed oncologyunit. Registered Nurses (RNs) on this unit you will care for patients with hematological malignancies who are receiving bone marrow transplants. Our hematologic malignancy and hematology patients have access to some of the most innovative and advanced therapies in the world. Because Kimmel Cancer Center research scientists and clinicians closely work together new drugs and treatments developed in the research laboratory are quickly transferred to the clinical setting offering patients improved therapeutic options and the chance to participate in innovative clinical trials.

The Lead Clinical Nurse (RN) provides guidance and direction to staff and acts in the absence of the Assistant Nurse Manager / Nurse Manager to oversee a clinical team during care delivery and unit operations.

Salary Range : Minimum 46.57 / hour - Maximum 72.18 / hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
