What you'll do :

Build and manage a portfolio of local business clients who trust you to get it done

Structure smart, flexible deals without jumping through corporate hoops

Work hand-in-hand with decision-makers (yes, real ones — who actually reply)

Help drive strategic growth in a market that’s ready for a better banking experience

What you bring :

3+ years of commercial lending or business banking experience

A reputation for getting deals done and keeping clients for the long haul

Solid credit acumen — and the confidence to run with it
