Self-scheduled shifts.3rd Shift : 7 PM - 7 : 30 AM.Full-Time Equivalent : 0.9 (12-hour shifts).2 Mondays & 2 Fridays every 6-week schedule.1 Weekend each 6-week cycle.2 Holidays (1 in Summer & 1 in Winter).RNs will receive training in ACLS, NIH, IV Ultrasound, and be cross-trained to become Charge RNs.Why Join Our Internal Float Pool?

What You'll Do :
Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units.Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic, collaborative environment.Quickly adapt to different workflows while maintaining clinical excellence.What We're Looking For :
Experience : Minimum of 18 months in Med / Surg or Telemetry RN (2 years preferred).Flexibility : Must be able to meet scheduling requirements.Training & Skills :
Training in :ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).NIHSS (Stroke Scale).IV Ultrasound .Charge Nurse cross-training to foster leadership skills.What You'll Get :

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to ensure safe and effective care in line with established standards, policies, and procedures. By applying evidence-based practices, engaging in clinical decision-making, and exhibiting skilled communication, you’ll contribute to creating a safe patient environment and enhance patient experiences.
You will assess patient needs, implement tailored interventions, and evaluate care effectiveness. Clinical excellence will be maintained through ongoing assessments and timely adjustments to care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Additionally, you’ll support patient education and discharge planning, apply best practices to patient care delivery, and actively participate in initiatives aimed at improving care outcomes.
Licenses & Certifications :
Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association.Required Education :
Completion of an accredited or approved Nursing program.Required Experience :
Typically requires at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
