Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
• Maintain the general ledger performing regular reconciliations of bank and credit card statements.
• Manage payroll processing including deductions tax filings and compliance.
• Assist with inventory valuation and reconciliation of raw materials WIP and finished goods.
• Prepare basic financial reports including Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
• Track fixed assets including depreciation for manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Prepare and file sales tax returns and other relevant government compliance documents.
