Job description

Infiniti Staffing Partners is working with a global retailer and manufacturing company in Austin, TX who is seeking to hire a top-notch Senior Payroll Manager. Salary – up to $150K +20% annual bonus + annual equity grants + full benefits package
Hybrid (work from home on Fridays in-office Monday-Thursday)

Summary of Responsibilities :

Must have Certified Payroll Professional license ( CPP )

Hands-on, strategic oversight of high-volume payroll processing for US and Canada

Strong knowledge of payroll, payroll audits, labor laws, payroll tax compliance and regulations

Serve as Payroll Subject Matter expert and “go-to” for employee inquiries

Solid proficiency and knowledgeable in ADP / Workday payroll systems (administration, implement upgrades, enhancements, etc.) required

High level of initiative to drive and improve payroll processes

Manage, lead and mentor payroll team

Proven leadership experience

Employee of Record management knowledge
