• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Coordinate discharge planning and provide patient education.

Requirements :

• Registered Nurse license required in your state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
