Job descriptionProvide exceptional physical therapy services to patients in nursing homes, outpatient settings, and hospital inpatients. Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to meet patient needs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. Competitive Compensation : Enjoy an attractive salary Work Schedule : Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, with flexible hours (primarily 8 AM - 4 : 30 PM). Caseload : Manage a balanced caseload of 8 patients per day. Culture : Work in a small facility with rural charm, no strict productivity standards, and close collaboration with in-house providers. Requirements :
- Current CPR and BLS certification preferred.
