Hidden Gems ABA is a growing ABA therapy company. We are looking for part or full-time BTs with strong skills, experience, and passion for helping children with autism spectrum disorder using ABA principles.
Behavior Technician (BT) Compensation:
$25 - $30 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Hidden Gems ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians (BT) for part and full-time positions. The BT will work as part of a team to support the needs of children with autism to learn, communicate, and cope.
Behavior Technician (BT) Schedule:
Monday to Friday (weekend availability is an option)
Location: Union City, NJ
Behavior Technician (BT)Responsibilities:
Provide direct 1:1 behavior therapy to children with autism in a variety of settings
Collect, record, and summarize data on client behavior using electronic data collection (CentralReach)
Follow prescribed interventions as outlined by supervising staff
Effectively communicate with parents and other stakeholders regarding case dynamics
Maintain client confidentiality and high level of professionalism in all settings
Maintain records, materials, and instructional tools across settings in an organized fashion
Adhere to designated schedule with appropriate punctuality
Attend team meetings and trainings when necessary
Behavior Technician (BT) Qualifications:
Experience working with children with autism or other developmentally delaying disorders
Comfortable using electronic data collection and note writing technology (CentralReach)
Employment is contingent on passing a background check and negative TB test
