Job Title : Orthopedic Hand & Upper Extremity Surgeon
- Location : West Phoenix, AZ (with potential to split time in North Phoenix)
- Hours & Schedule : Full-time, schedule varies based on clinic and surgical volume
- Work Environment : Multi-site setting including outpatient clinic, surgery center, and hospital
- Travel Required : No Travel
- Salary / Hourly Rate : Competitive, based on experience

Job Summary :
We are actively seeking a skilled and fellowship-trained Orthopedic Hand & Upper Extremity Surgeon to join our busy Arizona-based musculoskeletal team. This role involves outpatient and surgical care, trauma call coverage, and the opportunity to participate in education and research for those interested.
Job Duties & Responsibilities :
Diagnose and treat a wide variety of hand and upper extremity conditionsPerform surgeries in a highly efficient, well-managed surgery center with two ORsProvide call coverage at a Level II Trauma Center (Banner Estrella), including ~50% ER coverageCollaborate with and supervise two dedicated advanced practice providers (PAs)Option to participate in teaching residents and fellowsContribute to clinical quality initiatives and outcomes trackingEnsure accurate and timely medical documentationPrerequisites / License & Certification Requirements :
Board eligible or board certified in Orthopedic SurgeryFellowship trained in Hand & Upper Extremity Surgery (orthopedic hand preferred; plastic hand considered)Eligible for medical licensure in ArizonaStrong interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrated interest in clinical quality and academic collaborationIf you meet all of our criteria and would like to be considered please apply with your most updated Resume / CV.
